I sat next to Malcolm last week and he gave me a lesson in how to catch carp well this week he gave Amos a lesson on the next peg along with 21 our anglers, just casting to the over hang of the willow on the island with his ground bait feeder and worm to the hook he had five returned carp plus a couple that were in the net, a well travelled angler Malcolm has fitted into the Lake John scene very well and with results like this it looks like he could be staying, very well done mate

Only one carp for Tim and the rest a honest bag of fish which included 18 tench but none of them were over a pound, skimmers and jumping bream made up the most of the total a fine performance Mr. Horton all pole work and not to far out at 6m meat to the hook done the damage again.

Here's the true winner a proper bag of fish 9 tench up to 4lb and skimmers, roach, rudd, perch a great days sport, meat over pellet on the pole line
